Amazing Boutique Hotel This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it never ceases to impress. It is a true oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh. Originally, the old American Embassy and a replica (in miniature) of the White House, it reflects all the grandeur you would expect. Super spacious lobby area, high vaulted ceiling and an amazing sweeping staircase leading upstairs. All the rooms are very spacious and beautifully appointed. On each of our trips to White Mansion, in May and June respectively (low season), we have been offered (without request) room upgrades. This is a reflection of the lengths staff go to in order to accommodate guests! The staff themselves are extremely professional and very friendly and will do everything to ensure your stay is a pleasing experience. On site is a wonderful French style bakery/café which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner – with beer, wine and cocktails. My waist line is complaining but my taste buds were exhilarated! The property is centrally located and walking distance to the river and many restaurants and bars. Overall a truly magnificent boutique property and I would happily return – highly recommended.

This property is well positioned for the main historic sites and the waterfront. our upgraded room was a mini suite with small balcony overlooking the pool and newly refurbished bathroom. A good shower pressure, lots of hot water. The power sockets accepted UK square pin/US pin/ razor sockets etc ( no need for adapters. ) The A/C was efficient and quiet. The breakfasts offered wide choice, freshly cooked in the hotel's coffee bar/restaurant. We ate dinner on night which as excellent and very reasonably priced. The coffee was excellent. The staff were accomplished , non-intrusive but available to help with information/ reservations etc.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was enormous, like an apartment! And as expected, it is beautiful. The location was comfortable and quiet. You can walk to the waterfront and royal palace in 10-15 minutes and to the independence monument and bassac lane also in 10-15 in another direction. Tuk tuks and Grab are always available very fast and some are waiting around the hotel. The staff was absolutely great, friendly and helpful. When we checked out we mentioned we would come back later for the luggage as we had an evening flight, and they mentioned there was a shower we could use - a godsend on a hot day so we were refreshed for travel! I appreciated that they let us know. The breakfast is not a buffet, it is served from a menu. Many options are available. It was tasty and reasonably quick to be served - I think I would get antsy if I had something booked and had to be quick, but since my days were leisurely, it was nice.

An lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful staff as we were welcomed with watermelon juice. They were able to check us in a couple of hours early and even give us an room upgrade. They supplied us with a city map and information on nearby sights. We had the twin room which was very spacious. There was a large shower in the bathroom with double sinks. We got to relax in the outdoor pool on the ground floor which was nice with extra seating areas to relax. Sadly we didn't get a chance to try out their spa. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and prepared freshly for you each morning along with fresh bread too. The cafe/restaurant/bar is also open throughout the day. Great location. 10 min walk to independence monument and on to Bassac Lane. Could easily walk to the royal palace and river too but we usually grabbed a short tuk tuk if things were hot/rainy. Tuol Sleng (S21) is less than 10min by tuk tuk. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay.The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and welcoming environment. One of the highlights for me was the fast and reliable internet connection, which made it easy to stay connected and work when needed.Breakfast was another standout experience – served in a restaurant-style setting with a diverse menu, everything was absolutely delicious! It was a perfect way to start each day.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place will exceed your expectations!
